ZIMRA rolls out Single Window module for Port Health and Radiation Protection Authority

In a significant move to simplify trade processes for importers, exporters, and clearing agents, the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) officially rolled out the Port Health and Radiation Protection Authority Modules under the Zimbabwe Electronic Single Window (ZeSW) Project on 9 October 2024.

The rollout covered major border posts including Kazungula, Beitbridge, Nyamapanda, Chirundu, Plumtree, Kariba, and Victoria Falls, as well as the Bulawayo and Victoria Falls Airports, marking a national effort to digitally streamline border clearance and reduce trade friction.

The Single Window platform enables traders to submit documentation, apply for permits, and complete trade-related compliance processes through one centralized online system — cutting down on transaction costs and border delays.
