The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) was honoured with the Best Public Enterprise of the Year Award for the Matabeleland Region at the ZNCC Business Awards, held in Bulawayo last Friday. The event was marked by celebration and recognition of Zimbabwe’s top-performing institutions and business leaders.

Hosted by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC), the annual awards commend excellence in leadership, innovation, and economic impact. ZIMRA’s award was based on its contribution to economic growth, promotion of local content, and its strong track record in partnering with local suppliers.

The independent adjudication panel applauded ZIMRA’s 2018 efforts, citing its support for domestic procurement and its role in fostering inclusive development across its supplier networks.
